Our Certificates
And the company has passed the ISO9001: 2000 International Quality System Certification, and owns the right to import and export.
High heat resistance: 1500℃ air-cooled to room temperature for dozens of times without breaking, and 2800℃ in inert gas without softening.
High thermal conductivity: Hot-pressed products are 33W/M.K (same as pure iron). When the temperature is above 530 °C, it is the material with the best thermal conductivity among ceramic materials.
Lower Friction Coefficient: U is 0.16, it does not increase at high temperature, and it is more resistant to high temperature than molybdenum disulfide and graphite.
High purity: Its impurity content is less than 10PPM, while the boron content is greater than 43.6%.
Machinability: Low hardness, can be processed into parts with high precision by general machining methods.
Low thermal expansion coefficient
The expansion coefficient is second only to quartz glass, which is the smallest among ceramics. In addition, it has high thermal conductivity, so it has good thermal shock resistance.
Excellent electrical properties
Good high temperature insulation, the resistivity at room temperature is greater than 10^14Ω·cm, and it can reach 10^3Ω·cm at 2000 °C, which is the best high-temperature insulating material in ceramics.
Good corrosion resistance
With general metals (iron, copper, aluminum, lead, etc.), rare earth metals, precious metals, semiconductor materials (germanium, silicon, potassium arsenide), glass, molten salt (crystal stone, fluoride) , slag), inorganic acids and alkalis do not react.

Types Of Boron Nitride Ceramics
Cubic boron nitride
Cubic boron nitride is the second hardest material after diamond. Like diamond, it also has the same crystal structure. Therefore, it is most commonly used as an abrasive in cutting tools required for hard steel machining.
Hexagonal boron nitride
Hexagonal boron nitride is the most stable and abundant variety. It usually has lubricating properties resembling graphite. This hinders its use as an abrasive. Nevertheless, its unique properties allow it to be used in various applications, including electrical insulation, lubricants, and protective coatings.
Amorphous boron nitride
Amorphous boron nitride has a non-crystalline and random atomic arrangement. This gives it different surface properties opposed to h-BN. These properties can be advantageous in certain applications like protective coatings or biomedical devices.
Metallic boron nitride
This variety does not exist naturally. It is synthesized through particular processes. Such processes include ball milling. It shows some metallic conductivity features. It can also act as a semiconductor.
Nitride borane
Nitride borane has insulating properties like other nitride ceramics. But unlike most of them, it can exist in crystalline or amorphous forms. Studies also indicate that it has potential storage capabilities of hydrogen. This can play an important role in future clean fuels.
Application of Boron Nitride Ceramics
Electronics and Semiconductors
Widely used in the electronics industry as substrates for high-power devices, heat dissipation, electrical insulation and protective layers. They are vital components in devices due to their ability to conduct heat while at the same time providing electrical insulation.
Aerospace and Defence
Used in aerospace applications because of their high-temperature tolerance; rocket nozzles, thermal protection and parts of hypersonic vehicles. They also act as light armours because they are strong and offer good impact resistance.
Industrial Furnaces
Used in industrial furnaces as crucible, heater and insulating material. These material’s heat and thermal shock resistance guarantees dependable and effective performance in severe heat treatment procedures.
Cutting Tools
C-BN (cubic boron nitride) is the second hardest material known to man after diamond. This makes it an ideal material for cutting tools, grinding wheels and abrasives used in the precision engineering and metalworking industries.
Medical and Dental
Due to biocompatibility, BN ceramics are widely used in the medical and dental industries for applications such as dental implants, prosthetics, bone grafts, and drug delivery systems. This makes them safe and reliable to use within the human body since they are non-reactive and non-toxic.
Future Prospects
The multifunctionality and unique characteristics of boron nitride ceramics remain the subject of scientific research and industrial applications. New synthesis methods, forming processes, and composites are increasing usage. From nanoelectronics to renewable energy, from aerospace to automotive applications, Boron Nitride ceramics could be a key to enabling technological advancements in the future.
